He also helps trial counsel in insurance coverage matters win cases by framing policy interpretation positions; developing, drafting, and arguing case-critical motions; and protecting the trial record for purposes of appeal.Alex also counsels employers on workplace-related issues, with a particular emphasis on post-employment restrictive covenants and the protection of trade secrets and proprietary information.
