I want to get into work, do what I am passionate about, and minimise time spent doing necessary but uninteresting admin work. Who likes admin work anyway? So, why shouldn\'t you be investing in minimizing admin work for your faculty? After all, they are your greatest asset. I would have loved if my professors had more time to spend in office hours, or were able to share their interesting research after class. But, a lot of them didn\'t because they were stretched so thin doing administrative work that could have easily been replaced by a computer years ago. Interested in changing that? I\'d love to chat.
