At Pyrone Systems, we combine synthetic biology with simple chemistry as the best way to biomanufacture. Focusing on products first, we\'re starting with a new biopesticide to combat insecticide resistance. It outperforms synthetics and is broad spectrum, but we\'re entering the public health market first - mosquitoes are our main target. We will go global with our products and we\'ll register our insecticide as a biopesticide at the EPA. Our platform molecule enables a range of other products, which we can pursue as we optimize and scale our process.
