About Alex Geyling
I enjoy engineering challenges using my technical and leadership skills to deliver a successful product, while further expanding my knowledge and skill set.I’ve always been interested in how things work and how to solve problems. I feel like engineering is just another way the mind functions – constantly thinking through solutions to challenges.I have worked on multiple projects interfacing with design, manufacturing and production personnel, management, suppliers and customers. I have communicated across cultural and language barriers to deliver successful products to the customer, and I am driven by the challenge of the problem at hand and delivering a better solution to the customer.My work as an engineering practitioner has resulted in 15 Major Patents being awarded across 2 different companies.I’m a flexible leader who sets expectations and aligns team strengths to meet those expectations while thinking creatively and collaboratively on how to solve the problem at hand.Outside of work I’m passionate about community leadership as an active member of F3 and love spending time with my family.
