Within my first year, I expanded on my Analyst role and received a promotion to Finance Manager of the Hutchinson office. As Finance Manager, I oversee the financial health of the organization by managing accounting operations, including a small (but mighty) Finance team, financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. I have the opportunity to work closely with senior management to optimize financial performance, control costs, and improve profitability while maintaining accurate financial records and risk management practices.As we continue to integrate into parent company, Neste OYJ, global operations and policies, I serve as a key contact on several integration and process development projects at a time. To be successful in this, I must work collaboratively with internal and external partners, and earn key stakeholder support. Additional responsibilities involve analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing insurance policies, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.
