MOD Defence Digital - Leading transition of major IT servicesI’m helping the Ministry of Defence Digital team to transition and evolve their Operational Service Management (OSM) capability within Service Delivery & Operations. I helped the head of the OSM capability to make the case for the programme and formally initiate and resource it. This focused on creating the business cradle into which OSM could land a Service Desk procurement – people, process, tooling, data, etc. Over the last 3 years I have led PA teams of between 5-30 consultants supporting delivery, design and business change across the programme whilst acting as an advisor and trouble shooter to the programme leadership team.

I\'m an APM Chartered programme manager working in the UK defence sector. I\'m passionate about helping Defence increase the business value it gets from its digital capabilities by driving outcomes from technology transformation programmes. Recent experience has been in Cyber, Operational Service Management and Cryptography where I have run and supported programmes implementing new technology, transitioning to new suppliers and reforming internal organisations.When not directly working for clients, I develop new business and manage delivery risk across a portfolio of assignments delivered through a variety of commercial routes.
