ABOUT ALEX GALLEGOS

Perspective comes from experience. The more first moments a person attains, the more they grow into who they are and will become. Perspective is something I have always chased. From growing up in the multiplicity city of Chicago or from my elementary art teacher ingraining in me to never stop creating. I was a marketing intern at Ascend Technologies. Being my first corporate internship in the cybersecurity sector felt left-of-center at first. However, my ability to adapt quickly and focus on creating work relations with my teams allowed me to learn quickly about the tech sector\'s correlation to marketing. I learned new marketing strategies and challenged myself by pitching my projects. In my second year of college, I seized every opportunity. I focused on building my brand and collaborating with other talented creatives. I produced in marketing for a short film, After Algos, while creating original social media content for Te\'Amo Boba Bar. Additionally, I am involved with multiple residential student organizations, helping build community on campus and connecting with other motivated students. This summer, I worked as an SEO intern at cars.com. I decided to challenge myself in a new marketing sector through my love of trying new things and understanding how to implement new marketing strategies. Now I am working on directing my own films and videography projects.
