I am part of the Transaction Advisory Services Group at Blue. I am part of a team responsible for delivering valuation and transaction related consulting services to our clients. We provide our services to a range of industries including: healthcare, construction, agribusiness, not-for-profits, and manufacturing. Much of my of time is spent on valuation and consulting services related to mergers and acquisitions, allocation of purchase price, goodwill impairment, share based payments, litigation support, and healthcare related fairness opinions.In addition to our valuation group, we provide services including audit, tax planning and compliance, and other strategic consulting projects. Blue has served clients across the country for 40+ years, and is currently ranked the 59th largest CPA firm in the U.S. by Accounting Today.Additionally, I serve as the President of One 2800 Capital Advisors, a US registered broker-dealer and FINRA Member Firm that provides investment banking services and specializes in merger & acquisition advisory, capital formation, and strategic advisory services. One 2800 is the broker–dealer affiliate of Blue & Co, LLC.ONE 2800 advocates on behalf of lower to middle market companies and assists them in navigating the significant milestones of their business in order to strategically create value – with fervor, flexibility, and an unwavering commitment to our clients.
