   Manage the health of a book of Majors accounts (10k+ employees), developing relationships with key stakeholders and power users, educating on use cases for Smartsheet to drive increased adoption, and managing contract renewals representing millions of dollars in ARR annually. Regularly deliver Lunch and Learns, enablement webinars and similar deliverables at scale for hundreds of Smartsheet users across organizations at various stages of maturity. Regularly mentor new Customer Success Managers to share knowledge on best practices in providing end user education, managing account health and risk, contract negotiations, pipeline development, and demo solution and powerpoint template development. Continued partnership with the Customer Success Scale team on initiatives that I helped pioneer in my role on the New Business Customer Success team, helping to provide feedback for development of a templated playbook to help drive Smartsheet toward $1 Billion ARR in FY24.
