As the senior national account manager and analytics person, I oversee all locksmith partnerships across the country. From tier 1 partners, down to smaller one-person locksmith companies, all 175+ active partners are actively managed by myself. Daily, weekly and monthly I analyze various financial, performance, and NPS metrics that I then use to implement changes in our locksmith partnership to increase company revenue but also profitability. For territories that are underperforming, I am actively engaging and nurturing relationships with locksmiths who wish to join our partnership.
