About Alex Florea
I love helping companies grow, evolve, and innovate. I want to dive in and help drive every step from strategy formation, to capital raising, to ultimately executing through building/investing/partnering/acquiring. My career (so far) has been spent in M&A / Capital Markets / Strategy / FP & A with a track record of excelling in a wide range of environments and circumstances. I’ve built and honed my skills at companies ranging from 30 to employees, and with corporate positioning varying from industry leader, to newly spun-out public company, to distressed PE take-private. Previously I helped Sabra (NASDAQ: SBRA) with post-merger integration of Care Capital Properties (formerly NYSE: CCP). Before that, I was part of the team at CCP, helping guide it’s growth from a new spin-out, to successful stand-alone company, and ultimately, to joining with Sabra to former a stronger, more dynamic REIT.
