As the Equipment Engineering and Maintenance Manager, I oversee all the controls and automation related activities in the Body Shop, leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the highest standards of quality, productivity, and efficiency. I have more than fourteen years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, with a strong background in mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering.I am passionate about developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize the manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance performance. I have successfully managed and executed multiple projects involving the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of advanced automation equipment, using my skills in control systems, network technologies, and welding technology. I also have extensive knowledge of the World Class Manufacturing methodology and its application to the pillars of autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance, focused improvement, workplace organization, and cost deployment. Develop company level, factory level and line/machine level controls standards and specification for application by internal equipment development team and external partners.• Oversee all Equipment & Maintenance in the Cyber Truck Body Shop.
