   Collaborate with the IT and Project Management office team to improve and streamline the financial reporting process, and explain key variances to projections, and budget, by identifying any risks and opportunities that would impact forecast accuracy. • Prepare and consolidate financial reports for the IT organization of $245 million business. • Provide monthly commentary on Cash flow, Balance Sheet, Headcount and P&L analyses on monthly performance. • Exercise management responsibility over the achievement of performance, revenue, and profit objectives of a project • Review contracts for negotiated rebates/upfront discounts and ensuring compliance on contractual agreements for approval. • Provide efficient, accurate, and consistent financial reporting process as well as accounting policies and procedures that require the periodic evaluation and refinement of the Accounting Standards. • Assist Project Managers to create project charter as it relates to capitalization of wages, depreciation and amortization of assets, operational expense of resources on projects and tracks budget and actuals spend via appropriate metrics. • Provide monthly performance coaching, feedback and development opportunities to direct reports. • Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. • Provide monthly report to Management Capital Committee on Capital projects spends, measuring actuals versus projections, and provide comments on key variances. • Participate in the IT project review on stage and gate process for initiation of new projects and provide financial guidance for budgeting purposes. • Create financial analysis/reporting for Salesforce.com and allocation of software and hardware applications usage by regions and business units. • Create Databases, Tables, Queries using SQL and Tableau for ad hoc reports. • Complete standard/ad-hoc analyses and meets tight deadlines with the extracts of data from JD Edwards, AS400, SAP/ERP, and Hyperion
