ABOUT ALEX DUBOVIK

For almost 40 years I’ve committed my life to the service of this country and those I’ve had the privilege of serving beside. As a civilian contractor, my priority remains the defense of our country first and foremost and working at a nonprofit University Affiliated Research Center affords me the opportunity to bring advanced capabilities to the fight as an extension of the government’s technical bench. On active duty I had the opportunity to command 4x, and nothing will ever replace the joy and satisfaction I felt in leading and serving America’s sons and daughters at home and abroad. In my current role I’ve had the pleasure of leading teams of engineers and scientists in producing new technologies and advanced space and terrestrially based experiments that also keep our Nation strong. I’ve also committed time to serving national nonprofits like AFA, and have proudly served as a planning commissioner for over 5 years for the town we settled in following military retirement. One enduring constant is the need to create and sustain trusted relationships based on solid leadership, communication and performance, and I feel this is my greatest passion and attribute.
