   Plan and own global payments roadmap to develop high-performance systems, driving Zoom e-com capabilities globally Manage all aspects of payment fraud from CNP fraud to ATO fraud, at a global scale. Define and design features for the improvement of payment operations and user flows to lessen user friction Build partnerships with XF teams (engineering, data, finance, marketing, security) for payment and risk optimization opportunities Provide support with the launch of new payment options, vendor onboarding, and new product/business models releases. Collaboratively work with external payment partners and vendors to manage partnerships fraud and payments Serve as payments & fraud data & product owner, in charge of verifying and identifying gaps and improvements in all Zoom’s ecosystem Build, defined, and executed Zoom fraud program, including ML capabilities, rules, review strategies. Define and build KPI, metrics and dashboards for both fraud and payments (auth rate, completion rate, fraud rate, chargeback rate, FP rate, FN rates etc) Establish and implement counter-fraud and account security strategies to address risk based on business, corporate direction, and business models Build a best-in-class e-com/SaaS payment platform through internal product integrations, e-com platform integrations, and third-party vendor integrations, facilitating billing and payment operations at scale.
