Evaluate & estimate all the requirements included on Trade Show & Marketing Activation Projects.• Continue coordination with Design/Engineering /Production /Event Services to find cost efficiencies and improvements to the design. • Quote preparation following formats and internal platforms communications facilitating the Sales process. • Direct interaction with the Account Management team to validate commitments to specific project milestones • Project Timeline Management within the team.• Coordination with Event Services team, to confirm all the needs and components required on site.• Work Orders generations to be distributed to multidisciplinary teams. • Weekly Cost Tracking per project, in order to track performance and tackle any deviation to mitigate impact. • Maintaining and developing relationships to reinforce a commitment to world-class customer service across the board: including co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community.• Constant production supervision with internal teams and subcontractors in order to comply with project specifications • Project status (budget, RFI’s, submittals, billings, change orders, project schedules, etc.)• Final Cost consolidation, closing and project reconciliation
