Machining, constructing, welding, and manufacturing pivotal chassis structural members and devices for driver safety- Design, and testing structures including torsional rigidity jig through CATIA to validate Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis with real-world data acquisition- Design water-tight electrical enclosures for pivotal parts, and troubleshoot design changes frequently- Weld and manufacture Chassis and structural attachment points (hard hardpoints) and improve design quality- Construct IA crash protections and tests to match real-world safety requirements.
