As a Group HR Director (YDS & Smile White) I lead and manage the full HRM function, overseeing all aspects of HRM operations, policies, compliance, complex cases and employment law. Additionally, I have extensive experience in business operations operating multiple sites and leading people strategy for sustainable growth. I also provide HRM consultancy services to external clients, advising them on best practices, solutions, and strategies for their HRM challenges and opportunities. With over 15 years of HR experience, I have developed a strong expertise in strategic human resources management, performance management, employee relations, business operations and leadership development. I hold an MSc in SHRM - Strategic Human Resources Management from the University of Central Lancashire, and a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Strategic Management qualification along with CIPD level 3 and level 5.
