Over the last 12+ years I\'ve been behind the camera, in the edit bay, on set, in strategy sessions, and deep inside the backend of CRMs, ad platforms, and automation tools. I started in media production and realized pretty quickly that great content without a system behind it is just noise.So I stopped being \"the video guy\" and started building the full picture. Brand strategy, 3D visualization, web design, content production, paid media, lead capture, CRM automation. Not a menu of services you pick from, but a connected system where every piece feeds the next.Through Rendr our team works with real estate developers, builders, and businesses who need real marketing infrastructure, not just a logo and a few posts. From pre-construction launches to full brand builds, we create the strategy, the content, and the systems that turn visibility into pipeline. There\'s a reason we call ourselves \"the launch agency.\" Taking something from concept to market is the work that gets me out of bed. Whether it\'s a new development, a new brand, or a new product, the launch is where everything has to come together and actually perform.I\'m also deep into AI and agentic AI, building tools and workflows that help businesses scale their operations without adding headcount. The companies that figure out how to pair smart automation with strong strategy are the ones that pull ahead.Through New Horizon Media Group our team provides listing media for real estate agents, including photography, video, drone, and everything they need to market individual properties.I\'m also co-founding a healthcare AI venture focused on improving how patients access the medications they need.
