Responsible for management to purpose assessment tool: Increased assessment completions by in two years and ran purpose peer conversations pilot program. • Facilitated purpose and identity sessions for approximately students to help them better understand how to activate their purpose. • Product owner for internal purpose and inclusion tool: Launched 6 new employee resource groups via the tool, led both internal and external development teams to build and design tool, liaised with Communications, Risk Management and People teams to create resonate content for partners and staff. • Co-created data dashboards to measure success of tool including self-identification numbers. • Co-wrote activation guides for employee resource groups to leverage tool for the recruitment of new members and retention of existing members. Developed external one-pager for client teams to use in proposals. • Project manager across multiple workstreams for Access Your Potential, PwC’s $125 million dollar commitment to create a more equitable future for Black and Latinx college students. Collaborated with multiple other functional areas including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Marketing/Communications, Risk Management, and IT to launch a cohesive experience for students. Business Owner for centralized landing page where students can access all components of Access Your Potential: Drafted and reviewed content, selected representative imagery, facilitated student usability feedback sessions, and generated leadership updates.
