Alex Corradetti is seasoned, award-winning, and 5X Emmy-nominated Morning News Anchor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She strives to bring high-energy and professionalism with every newscast. Alex works diligently as a morning anchor on the CBS 58 Morning News in Milwaukee. Alex is the 2025 and 2024 recipient of Best Online Personality by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association! Alex also received ‘Best Writer in a Video Story’ 2024 by the Milwaukee Press Club among other accolades. Alex is also the host and producer of Racine & Me, another award-winning show. Finding local stories for the morning newscast has always been a passion of hers. Alex has always worn many hats, and has grown exponentially with each step of her career. Previously, Alex was an anchor & reporter in Nashville at WKRN. Alex constantly drove live breaking news coverage at the Alert-Desk on on-air and shared on all social platforms, earning her several digital accolades within Nexstar. She was also able to capture an exclusive live water rescue while reporting during severe flooding. Alex received an Emmy nomination for this coverage. Alex is passionate about bringing breaking news to the public to keep them safe and well-informed. Prior to this role, Alex became a beloved morning anchor and reporter at WCIA 3 News in Champaign, IL. She was in control of the 9AM hour of the morning show. Under Alex’s direction, the ratings went from a 2.1 to a 4.2 and the show became the top morning newscast in the market. She also anchored & produced the noon newscast. And of course, Alex reported on her own personal franchise. During her time there, she also hosted a women’s show called Current. Alex is a Chicago Suburbs native and enjoys reporting on a wide range of topics. Alex created her own franchise called \'Alex Around Town\'. In these reports, Alex talks about people, places or organizations that are doing something extraordinary for the community. Her favorite part about stories like this, is having the ability to enhance local content. Alex has always believed that the most compelling stories are the ones that impact people\'s lives. She works hard to enterprise ideas that make an impact in our community. From there, she strives to create relationships that will make content stronger.
