I\'ve spent 15+ years in high-performance enterprise teams — managing multi-million dollar portfolios at Coursera, the Financial Times and Wiley, with clients like JP Morgan, Ericsson and Volkswagen Group. That environment is where I thrive. The pace, the stakes, the complexity of keeping large accounts moving forward under pressure. But over time I noticed something. The decisions that matter most — how to handle a difficult stakeholder, when to push and when to hold back, how to stay clear-headed at the end of a bruising quarter — those get harder when the pressure is sustained and unmanaged. Not because of capability. Because of how the nervous system responds to years of high-stakes performance without the right infrastructure underneath it. That\'s what led me to co-found Pressure Calibration™ — performance infrastructure for senior revenue leaders who want to make better decisions under pressure, consistently, without the physical and cognitive cost compounding quietly in the background. What I\'ve found is that the work has made me sharper too. I now operate in high-performance environments more consciously — same drive, same standards, better calibrated. Alongside PC™, I\'m selectively exploring senior enterprise CSM and Account Management roles where that combination of commercial depth and performance awareness can add real value.
