   Managing Director and office lead with BDO’s Valuation and Capital Market Analysis practice in the firm’s Dallas office. Transactions expert, responsible for identifying and overseeing the execution of a variety of valuation and financial advisory service engagements, as well as the review of third-party appraisals in connection with BDO assurance services. I regularly work with private and publicly traded companies with resolving complex financial and valuation issues over a broad array of industries including energy, consumer products, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing/distribution. My valuation opinions are regularly employed for tax (including corporate, gift and estate, and property), financial reporting (with a focus on “fair value” accounting, under GAAP and IFRS, for goodwill impairment, stock compensation, and purchase price allocations), and transaction advisory purposes; including fairness opinions. Clients include financial/accounting executives, or boards, of large publicly traded companies, partners/owners of privately held businesses, private equity and private equity sponsored companies, and high-net worth investors and related family offices. I am passionate about providing excellent customer services and working with clients to address their current needs while planning ahead for the future implications of contemporary business decisions.
