Get them wrong and it’s uphill all the way” Key skills/Achievements • Professional qualifications and 25+ years’ experience in change (APMG), portfolio (MoP), programme (MSP), and project (PRINCE2 & Agile Scrum Master) leadership • Responsible for the rollout of a new digital UK wide sales management system for a global Invoice Finance company whilst also introducing Change Management practices and tools to peers • Led the adoption of a national online portal for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister including the establishment and tracking of KPIs and the seamless handover to the support teams • Embedded new Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) tool and way of working for a multinational FTSE100 private equity firm including composition and execution of training plan • Led the divestment of an in-country business which required sensitive management of information and careful execution and timing of communications • Led the business engagement for a private bank’s trading platform upgrade • Proven track record working with C suite level professionals • Established a Change function from scratch galvanising new resources (20+ people), policy, processes and practices into a delivery vehicle focused on meeting business objectives • Responsible for the definition and delivery of a £20m portfolio of Change
