About Alex Chang

Hi, my name is Alex Chang. I am passionate, eager to learn, and I enjoy communicating and connecting with people.When I was in my freshman year of college, I had a dream of one day visiting Walt Disney World. However, I could never afford it so I decided to apply for the Disney College Program. I never expected that I would get accepted but I did.Immediately, I jumped on a plane to fly across the country (LAX-FL) and joined the Walt Disney Company. Every day on the job, I encountered people who would tell me how lucky I was to still be young and in school.I took their advice and went back to school the following semester. I have spent the last several years utilizing my diverse background and traveling to different states to complete student internships that will improve my professional development.This past summer, I was part of a Study Abroad Trip in Florence, Italy and all across Europe. These experiences have helped me embrace diversity in this industry. To be able to effectively communicate with other cultures and developing there philosophies and way of life is truly remarkable.This is now my last semester of College at Cal Poly Pomona. I will be graduating in May where I will be receiving a degree in Hospitality Management & Business Sales. I hope to be able to bring my knowledge and expertise to any company that will give me an opportunity!
