ABOUT ALEX CALDERBANK

With a focus on aftersales within Customer Success and Onboarding at Prospect, I\'ve taken on the challenge of increasing retention, and delivering excellent customer experience. A proactive approach to churn prevention has been instrumental in maintaining my strong customer relationships. By identifying churn signals across hundreds of various sized accounts, I aim to circumvent formal cancellation notices, increase customer lifetime value, and minimize churn rates.One of my key achievements was establishing the foundations of our Customer Success journey, enabling a detailed examination of each customer\'s system to identify potential churn risks early. This framework extends to daily Customer Success Manager (CSM) activities, NPS responses, project management, and commercial upsell strategies, ensuring customers maximize their subscription benefits.Additionally, I\'ve contributed to customer growth initiatives, showcasing the value of Prospect services and delivered on various digital strategies such as webinars and knowledgebase video content.
