Global Business Services executive who builds, transitions, and runs multi-tower shared services and global capability center operations across Finance, HR, and IT. My work has always sat at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a strong bias toward making operating models work in practice, not just on paper.Across 30 years, I have been directly involved in standing up service centers, leading global transitions, redesigning operating and commercial models, embedding controls, and stabilizing operations at scale.
