Manages four operational leaders and 70+ direct reports to align the operational goals of Northwestern Medicine. Drives performance improvement initiatives focused on patient access, provider efficiency, care coordination, data utilization, operational workflows, and patient satisfaction. Directs all operational management to include scheduling, staffing, budget management, and compliance to ensure alignment with Northwestern Medicine’s standards of excellence. Hand-picked to serve on three system committees to develop and refine standards across NM primary care. One with a goal of developing the future state of NM primary care data utilization. Built new tool to standard the provider PTO process in 9+ clinics. This allowed for 100% compliance with operational standards; due to success this tool was expanded to multiple specialty departments. Led dual-management portfolios representing over 120 staff to maintain service quality and operational targets; mentored and trained new manager for clean handoff and full independence. Discovered and implemented a timecard system auditing process that was implemented across all north region ambulatory departments resolving inconsistencies and improving compliance. Partnered with analytics to create a system wide data source that allows visibility for patient panel transition this ensures patient retention and reduction of risk liability across all NM Primary care.
