ABOUT ALEX BURGER
I have been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2020. At Northwood Investors I focus on asset management, leasing, and debt-capital markets across retail, hospitality, multifamily, and office assets. I have extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Argus Enterprise, and real estate financial underwriting. At Acadia Realty Trust I focused on retail acquisitions from 20••••24. I sourced retail investments across both our Core REIT, and Opportunity Fund Platforms, and have completed several due diligence processes on new acquisitions, as well as on dispositions of assets across Opportunity Funds. I graduated from the University of Michigan in May of 2020 with a B.A. degree in Economics, with an emphasis in Finance and Labor/Population Economics. I also studied Entrepreneurship through the Innovate Blue Minor Program, and am interested in the ideation process of new business development.
