   Product owner and architect for Comcast Residential Email (comcast.net) anti-abuse and messaging policy platforms- Oversee new features/projects- Technical lead for a team of engineers working with messaging platforms- Managing group output, operating daily stand-up & operational read-out- Responsible for inbound/outbonud MTAs for multiple platforms for millions of end users, including anti-spam, anti-abuse, and general messaging policies- Worked with data science teams to develop reputation systems- Develop scripts for monitoring and MTA administration via REST API- Use analytics systems to identify issues and verify existing policies- Responsible for deployments for configuration/code changes, as well as application upgrades- Managed large scale data center migration, including platform re-architecture- Led initiatives to increase messaging security, including STARTTLS, DANE, MTA-STS, & TLSRPT. Furthered adoption of IPv6- Industry involvement, including M3AAWG & IETF. Involvement includes speaking on subject matter, including sessions at M3AAWG, various other messaging conferences, & US Legislative Email Administrators meeting- Collaborated with others on drafting specifications; ARC, MTA-STS, TLSRPT, & BIMI. Co-authored two RFCs (8460/8461)- Peripheral tools include Splunk, RBLDNSD, Puppet, & LDAP- Continually enhance methods for compromised account detection- Resolve escalations from customers, external entities, & executives
