In my career I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel North America assisting dealers with day-to-day transactions, develop employees into next generation leaders and improve vital KPI\'s, awhile growing market share. I have been extensively involved in dealer on boarding, termination, budget construction and management. My experience ranges from four years of experience at John Deere, diversified experience with Krone North America and five years of various experiences in a full time role at JCB North America. I entered the farm equipment sector of agriculture because of my passion for machinery and my drive to succeed using my passion. In my experience, I have been granted the opportunity to deliver and succeed as my accomplishments highlight below. I hold a Masters of Science degree specializing is Sales and Marketing in Agribusiness and two Bachelors of Science degrees from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. With my combined success and desire to succeed, I have been able to provide exceptional wholesale and retail inventory management across Vermeer, Krone, & JCB\'s national dealer network. I have diversified business intelligence and get excited to work in team environments. I bring a positive attitude, good morals, strong work ethic, and previous success in a field I am passionate about.
