As the Real Estate Acquisitions Lead at The Heritage Group, I manage various real estate projects involving acquisitions, sales, land rights, easements, deeds, title research, and legal agreements. I work with internal and external stakeholders, such as property sellers, buyers, property owners, contractors, county officials, and utility companies, to ensure the success of our operating companies through the appropriate real estate related paths.I have over eight years of experience in the real estate industry, including three and a half years as a Land Agent at Salem Land and CenterPoint Energy, where I handled right of way, easement, and damage negotiations and settlements, as well as documentation and data management. I have a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Indiana State University. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity to work on diverse and complex real estate projects that require strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
