I am constantly looking to improve on a daily basis whether that\'s at work, home or in the gym. I am a strong believer in a healthy work life balance and that gives me more motivation to keep productivity at a maximum and get all my work done.Fitness has always been something I love and I am always furthering my knowledge not only to help myself but the people around me who are struggling. I am a big advocate for the link between constant exercise and better mental health.Love music and playing guitar is a passion of mine that really helped me during lockdown through the long days. My favorite artists include Oasis, Bob Dylan and The Beatles and most of the music I listen to is strongly influenced by my parents.Manchester United is the club I support unfortunately.
