ABOUT ALEX ABRUDAN
I am a 2nd year PhD student at the University of Cambridge, supervised by Prof. Tuomas Knowles. My research focuses on encoding protein conformational dynamics into AI frameworks and combining these approaches with high-throughput functional assays to elucidate molecular mechanisms for improved protein design.I am currently working on streamlining the design of multi-state protein.Always happy to chat about exciting science at a••••@cam.ac.uk
