This includes supporting 115+ staff and members of the largest and most diverse cross-disciplinary network of real estate and land use professionals in the world.Key areas of focus include:• Strengthening ULI’s Americas network through strategic leadership, staff development, and cross-regional collaboration.• Designing and scaling programs at both local and regional levels to ensure relevance, financial health, and member engagement.• Driving organizational foresight by aligning global strategy with grassroots leadership and delivering future-focused initiatives (e.g, belonging, inclusivity, and impact-driven programming).• Foster partnerships that expand ULI’s influence across industries and geographies, and amplify the voices of members shaping the built environment.• Stewarding a network that delivers professional value and drives lasting community impact, helping ULI remain an indispensable leader in the global real estate and land use industry.
