   Responsible for managing the activities of the BECU’s Business Continuity program with an emphasis on program management. • Manages the maintenance and enhancement of the business continuity methodology and annual risk assessment process. • Develop, maintain and deliver programs, training, drills and testing processes, such as first responder, first aid team, emergency evacuation and fire drills.
