ABOUT ALESSIO BECHI
I started my professional career in one of the big four consulting companies for one main reason; lay out a solid set of business skills. Over the course of the 2 years I was not only successful in this, but also in adding a long rage of soft skills such as project management, dealing with colleagues with a seniority level much higher than mine (partners and CxOs), problem solving and best of all a consultant mind-set. After two years I saw that accomplishment as a sort of graduation date, in parallel I also received an interesting marketing job in an insurance company in Ireland. It looked like the perfect bridge towards my desired field of work; marketing and communications. Finally, once my experience in Ireland was over it was time for my MBA, in order to finally complete my transformation towards my dream job, actively contributing in multinationals on their strategy and operations efforts.
