Member of the payroll team for Dentsply Sirona Italy and Wellspect HealthCare Italy. Currently i report to the Sr. Hr Director, SC, based in Brazil.My activities include- Time & Attendance management for the Italian employees (170). Employees are based in Verona, Bologna and Rome- Reporting (anomalies, absenteeism)- Entry of monthly variables into the payroll system, draft checking, and final payslip approval-Collaboration with the Hroc team based in Bratislava and with the labor consultant for: injuries, meal vouchers, registration with social security funds, conciliation, hiring and termination, salary changes- Project leader for the transition to the new Time & Attendance software: HR partner for the implementation of the SSO system, data migration, control of settings in compliance with company regulations and Confcommercio CCNL.
