Support to Acquisition, Structuring & Development and Fund Management teams in investment and disinvestment processes, including market research and deal risk assessment.• Assessment of AIF compliance limits during structuring and monitoring phases, coordinating with stakeholders (Depositary, External Audit, Regulators).• Measurement, monitoring, and reporting of the risk profile of managed real estate funds, ensuring alignment with business plans and regulatory limits.• Financial analysis of real estate transactions (P&L, Balance Sheet, CFs) and evaluation of their impact on the portfolio’s risk/return profile.• Supervision of real estate valuations and verification of financial and macroeconomic assumptions underlying investments.• Preparation of risk-related reports for Supervisory Authorities (AIFMD, Bank of Italy) and the Board of Directors.
