Specialized in leadership, people management, and organizational development, I am currently completing two Master\'s Degrees in Human Resources & New Organizations and Business Management, strengthening a modern, cross-functional vision for managing human capital as a strategic lever. Throughout my career, I have simultaneously coordinated multiple operational units with revenues in the millions of euros, managing large, diverse, and numerous teams. I have developed advanced skills in HR strategy, cost optimization, performance management, talent acquisition, and commercial planning.
