As a software engineer, I am called to excel in software design and craftsmanship.I develop business service-oriented solutions, preferably on event-driven distributed systems on cloud infrastructures like Azure or AWS, using the Domain Driven Design approach. I have a good understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles, strictly following the SOLID principles.I am a strong advocate of TDD approach and well full tested Business Units (Component tests, integration tests, and smoke tests).Knowledge sharing is one of the most important parts of my daily activities, from mentoring junior developers (also via pair programming and mob sessions), and promoting activities within my team or the whole organisation for sharing knowledge and the best practices.I am also a strong promoter of good culture in the team and the company, giving my best to create a cosy and safe environment where everybody can speak safely, give honest feedback and enjoy the time spent at work.
