25 yo | living in Milan | working with IT projects in the field of Project Management | graduated in Economics and Management in UCSC, July 2021 | graduated in the Master in International Project Management at MIP Politecnico School of Management (Milan) and University of Strathclyde (Glasgow), March 2023. I had several international experiences in United States, which had made me aware of the multiple cultures and helped me to step out of my comfort zone, to be patient, to gain a global mindset and to manage relationship. Therefore, during my academic year I have participated in several projects which helped me realize the importance of working, listening, communicating and leading a team. In addition I consider myself as an active and outgoing person with an agile mindset. I am fully motivated to learn and do more in order to give my best contribution in any situation. I consider fundamental to have a good Public Speaking, since it allows us to form connections, influence decisions, and motivate change. For this reason I have recently completed a Public Speaking course, where I have practiced within a team several speeches, meetings and implemented communication techniques. About hobbies, I like plan and execute trekking excursions with family and friends.
