Scouting for new suppliers from the simple search on the web or during trade shows to the commercial and legal negotiation leading up to the signing of a contract based on criteria such as quality, price, reliability and ethical values- Management of the customary purchasing processes and negotiations with suppliers (prices, promotions, shipments)- Development and implementation of procurement strategies, by analysing data and reports and drafting unique brand forecasts- Supervising the purchasing and marketing team, coordinating day-to-day activities and giving directions on which projects to follow- Working with other departments to ensure proper management of suppliers, materials and procurement- Organising and participating in industry exhibitions to develop the company\'s brand identity, improve collaboration with vendors and obtain new leads and suppliers in the sector- Requesting and evaluating the best option of express courier services and forwarding agents in import and/or export by air or land, thanks also to proper knowledge of incoterms- Management of customs clearance processes, customs pre-bill control, use of declaration of intent, customs documents (DV1 and EUR1)- Newsletter management from text creation to translations into various languages, translation of marketing content and all product data sheets.
