As an organizational development consultant and trainer, I design and deliver OD consulting programs and services that align with strategic business objectives. I have extensive training and development experience attending to adult learning needs. My background is in human behavior, education, and organizational leadership. My services impart academic research, professional development, and productivity tactics. I primarily offer consultation and coaching in change facilitation, enabling leaders’ initiatives to thrive. I specialize in workplace wellness and positive psychology methodologies, currently needed for sensitivity to employees recovering from a worldwide pandemic. My work aims to partner with clients to apply evidence-based exemplary leadership and teamwork practices. Responsibilities I enjoy fuse strategic planning (clarifying current and future state, mission-vision planning), authoring organizational assessments (instrument design, appreciative inquiry, stakeholder interviews), and providing implementation support (benchmarking, outcome measures, debriefing). As a distinguished scholar in Organizational Leadership (2016), I utilize empirical studies and authoritative practitioner resources to create actionable processes to accelerate change interventions. In this way, I customize innovative approaches to improve organizational effectiveness. Additionally, as part of my doctoral studies, I scientifically investigated the practices of 22 leaders, demonstrating my capability for advanced- research processes, both qualitative and quantitative approaches - technology utilization for data-informed decisions, metric creation - framework development, process mapping - ability to integrate feedback - academic communication, including writing, citing studies, and orally defending concepts among scholarly peers. Moreover, I enjoy problem-solving- supporting organizational vision, values, and culture. I relish learning from and contributing to the team. I have a record of success persuasively interacting with multicultural and multigenerational colleagues, utilizing my ability to mediate thinking, articulate purpose, and inspire action among organizational stakeholders. Lastly, I’m also a bit of a technophile. I train colleagues and clients on the value and use of digital technologies to enhance productivity, learning, and professional development. In summary, my passion is connecting science to organizational practice, facilitating positive change and well-being, and amplifying contribution to our places of work!
