My journey into technology and coding began in the late \'80s with MS-DOS and GW-BASIC, igniting a lifelong passion for the ever-evolving world of IT. I started my professional IT career in 2001, with static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This marked the beginning of a path that has seen me wear many hats from hands-on web development to significant leadership roles in technology. Today, my expertise centers around Node.js, TypeScript, cloud technologies, and NoSQL databases, all integral to modern, scalable IT solutions. Throughout my career, I\'ve embraced diverse roles that have shaped my expertise. As a Technical Writer, I honed my ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Being a Backend Developer and Software Analyst deepened my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. As an IT Consultant, I learned to navigate various business requirements and tech environments, and as an IT Administrator, I gained a comprehensive understanding of managing and optimizing IT infrastructures. These roles have led me to my current position as Chief Information Officer at Infobiotech, to drive my company\'s technological advancement and innovation. My professional journey extends beyond Italy, encompassing international projects that have provided me with a rich tapestry of experiences in diverse business and technological landscapes. I advocate for collaborative work environments and emphasize the importance of knowledge sharing, both crucial in driving team growth and fostering innovation. I approach problem-solving by merging technical expertise with strategic thinking, always aiming to create solutions that align seamlessly with business objectives and push the boundaries of technological capabilities. I\'m currently exploring the integration of Generative AI into software development. This frontier offers vast possibilities for enhancing operational efficiency and innovating in ways previously unimaginable by automating processes and also provide deeper insights and new approaches to problem-solving in the tech industry.
