Collaborated with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and Operations on approvals and escalations to close revenue-generating transactions on time- Built DocuSign CLM processes and negotiation playbooks, increasing negotiation efficiency by 50% and reducing contract cycle time by 25-40%. Advised on GDPR, CPRA, HIPAA, AI governance, AI-related transactions, and dispute resolution. Negotiated individual transactions exceeding $750M each, across the U.S, Latin America, and Europe.
