As a partner at EY, I have been leading the Turnaround & Restructuring Italian practice, where I oversee a team of professionals who provide strategic and financial turnaround advice to clients across various sectors. In more than 30 years at EY I have been involved in more than 200 corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and restructuring projects, leveraging my expertise in due diligence, debt restructuring, and project financing. I have helped clients navigate complex and challenging situations, such as those affected by government decisions in aerospace and defence, transportation, utilities, construction, healthcare, and IT.
