ABOUT ALESSANDRO DONATI
Alessandro is currently the delivery manager of Electronic Systems area in Adgenera with the role of- Definition of the EC organization in term of team composition, processes and methods and quality- Monitoring of the delivery in term of quality, cost and client management - Support to the technical sales Alessandro studied Electronics Engineering at the University of Pisa and gained his degree in 1995. After two years as Hardware designer Alessandro joined Altran Group in 1998 as firmware engineer for an automotive player and since that date he has had a number of technical and leadership roles. Thanks to 10 years of heterogeneous experience in hardware and software, across multiple industries such as automotive, consumer and aerospace, Alessandro acquired a strong system view and capability to lead technically complex design. In 2008 he kicked off the Altran Italy’s Electronics Expertise Centre dedicated to Turn-key activities scoring a continuous growth for 4 years. In 2013 he left his team to move to a Group responsibility as Technical Director for Electronics in the Intelligent System / Altran organization, later transformed in the Altran Technology and Innovation Center. In this role Alessandro was involved in the definition of Altran Semiconductor Strategy and he supported M&A supporting Sales with most of the world key player in Silicon Design. In January 2018, Alessandro come back in Italy with the objective to create a best in class offer for Turn Key Electronics Design. After several residence in Italy and abroad, he lives now in Turin with her partner and their wonderful daughter. He loves travel, photograph and sail
