ABOUT ALESSANDRO ZITTI

I am a manager who has graduated in economics and has been working in the field of oil & gas for the last 20 years, with a particular focus in the retail market. Appointed as area manager after only a year and a half of work as assistant in the retail sector, thanks to the results achieved and for the recognition of my leadership skills, I was amongst the youngest area managers in the petroleum sector in Italy In my work I have had the opportunity to know and establish good relationships with managers and entrepreneurs in the energy sector, operating in Italy. Furthermore I have in my experience also gained knowledge of the house building sector and in relation to facility management; I have also built a strong relationship with the Public administration. I have obtained an Executive MBA from Luiss Business School in Rome. This experience has given me the opportunity to strengthen my knowledge in various economic/business subjects in addition to dealing with the experiences of managers with an international standing WORK STYLE • Customary to elaborate ahead of time my work plan to establish my annual, quarterly and monthly objectives, in order of precedence. • My personality is proactive, perfectionist, interactive, very initiative, self-motivated, successful, oriented to results and capable to work under pressure and doing several things ay the same time. • Ability in integrating and leading strong and consolidated work teams that work for the same goals. • Open, inclined to relation, ready to look for a solution capable of harmonizing different interest and views. I love teamwork, where I express both my co-operative nature and my natural attitude as a leader.
