ABOUT ALESSANDRO TOGNETTI
People make the difference°. This is an old Electrolux slogan that I have always believed is correct and on which I developed all my professional personal growth. Manager having a quite experienced background of 20 years work within Multinationals such as Electrolux and Permasteelisa both locally in Italy and internationally ( Europe, Middle East, Far East). Such experience is based on professional skills internationally developed (first during educational period, see MBA in Chicago, then working in international environment, as per above paragraph ), covering main topics related to Logistics, Procurement, co-ordination with Production, Quality Control, Supply Chain. Involved in ad hoc projects (and consequently developing a professional personality project oriented) both for mass production realities and projects focused on customer satisfaction ( see Electrolux period) and for single job production realities and projects focused on suppliers selection optimization (see Permasteelisa period). Quite used to manage multi ethnical groups of people belonging to different departments ( Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Production) at the same time and to develop a very good and dynamic team working spirit using a leader, not a boss approach. All the above, being able to clearly and openly report to top management both using ad hoc self developed reports and face to face meetings. Familiar with main operational hardwares such as AS400 (Electrolux period) and SAP (Permasteelisa period). Particular attitude to work together with IT to develop both in house and external IT tools aiming to make operations processes more efficient.
